Burrito was born at the hands of artisinal producers in the mountain - ous region of Durango, Mexico. With the vivid colors of Mexico stamped on it ’s back, he set out to share his delicious flavours and passion with the world. Mezcal Burrito Fiestero brings a new attitude and approach, while preserving the heritage of this millenary spirit. Our mezcal is produced with passion and dedication by the local comunity, in harmony with the environment.

Burrito Fiestero Mezcal
Mezcal Burrito Fiestero is made out of agave cenizo, endemic to the state of Durango. This agave takes between 12-14 years to mature. Once naked from its spikes, it is carried and trasported by donkey down the mountain to begin with the elaboration process. It is here where our maestro mezcalero uses traditional techniques to bring out the best posible flavours and aromas from our agaves.
